Sometimes though even with the best of intentions, we just cant seem to get it all together. Theres always someone or something standing in our way, lifes just too busy, you’re overwhelmed and just don’t know where or how to start to make positive changes to bring everything back in line. Perhaps you are on your own with no family or peer support to act as a sounding board. Maybe your health is suffering too? You may be experiencing stress, anxiety, health issues like autoimmune conditions, unexplained pain and discomfort that just doesn’t want to leave you no matter how many supplements, diets or health regimes you start but don’t finish. It all gets too hard and you give up or just don’t have solid support to keep going.
Life Coaching can clear the path for you to follow a more positive direction for implementing changes and creating new goals and beliefs to ensure you stay on track. Life coaching can help you stay focussed, build self confidence and new habits, helping you to sort out what hasn’t worked in the past and why. Learn new ways to respond and interpret events and experiences that once may have triggered self doubt, anxiety and reasons to give up on your dreams and desires. Learn how the brain is fired and the ability to retrain the brain from tricking you into believing outdated or incorrect programming from the past and although we will recognise the impact of past trauma, our goal will be to focus on the future. Learn about how the impact of negative beliefs, stress and anxiety may have on your body and consequently your health.
A coach aims to help you reach a deeper life fulfilment and a sense of personal satisfaction. A coach is not a medical practitioner, counsellor, psychologist, psychotherapist, or mental health worker.
Life coaching sessions are packaged into 6 or 12 week commitments and can be conducted online via Zoom meetings or in person at the clinic, making it easy to fit in with your schedule.
