I am committed to giving you high quality, soothing relief on those nagging aches & pains restoring muscle integrity and improving circulation for better movement and wellbeing.
Remedial massage is defined as being the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body during times of pain and injury management. Its main intent is to assist the body to return to normal health after injury, illness or during times of discomfort, pain and rehabilitation.
My individual and unique technique is always adjusted to meet the clients comfort and tolerance levels, using different techniques which may include trigger point therapy and deep tissue manipulation. I may also use heat or cold therapy and topical applications of essential oils or magnesium.
I have been professionally trained and hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Remedial massage is performed by qualified professionals who have undergone extensive training and continue with post-graduate training on a regular basis, meeting the standards set by the professional associations and health industry.
It is important that you receive treatment from a trained professional, as an incorrect application could cause further muscle trauma or further injury.
I am a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia, so you can be assured I have received quality training and adhere to the association’s Code of Conduct.
Remedial Massage is able to be claimed with your Private Health Fund depending on your individual health fund cover. Hicaps is available onsite for immediate claims.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialised, gentle modality aimed at encouraging the removal of excess lymph fluid in the body.
